Arsenal vs Porto: Match preview – Can you guess Wenger’s changes for the match?

The beauty of the Champions League, sometimes, is that you can immediately put behind you an awful display like last Saturday’s and hope to bring things back to normal, at least in Europe. Tomorrow it will be a day of changes, according to our coach:

Europe, to forget the domestic blunder
There will be changes on Tuesday, certainly. I will see how many, but there will be changes. There were enough ingredients today to make me physically sick.
What we delivered today was not good enough and we know that. What was the most disappointing is that we were 1-0 in front and still lost the game, after having struggled in the first half to score.
It will also be a day where whoever comes in has to prove himself and show that the future can be a little brighter than it is right now. I already underlined the problems we have and possible solutions, for that, but these solutions – which we will hopefully see tomorrow – have to go out there and fight for a regular place. Wenger speaks about changes without specifying numbers. Unfortunately, we’ll not get to see any of Song who joins Rosicky, Diaby, Bischoff and Eduardo on the sidelines but Nasri is back and Vela may start, although I’m not sure who he will replace, if Emmanuel or Robin. Actually, I wouldnt’ be surprised if Wenger opts for Bendtner, rather than Carlos.
As for Porto, they won for the first time in three games in their domestic league with a 2-0 victory over F.C. Paços de Ferreira. They didn’t have the best of starts to the season and hopefully we’ll take advantage of that.
As always, half-time and full-time reports and player ratings will be available as the match progresses. Do comment and say who you believe will be our coach’s promised changes, if there will be any, after all.
