Spying on our European opponents: Roma lose match and Totti away at Catania

Walter Zenga’s Catania ended Roma’s amazing unbeaten run with a 3-2 home win. Baiocco and a Morimoto brace gave the home side a 3-0 lead which was cut to 3-2 with late goals from Vucinic and Menez, two strikers to keep an eye on.
Roma suffered yet another injury setback from captain Francesco Totti, who was replaced after just 31 minutes and it was after he was substituted that they conceded the first goal. Individually-speaking, it was a disappointing performance from Baptista and goalkeeper Doin, who is one of the weakest links of the team.
Roma’s next match is at home against A.C. Milan, who hit five past Udinese in Sunday’s evening match.
