Striker Jay Simpson has completed his loan move to West Brom until the end of the 2008-09 season. The 20-year-old impressed in a number of occassions during this season’s Carling Cup, during which he scored twice.

Another Carling Cup wonder, defender Gavin Hoyte, has agreed to join Watford on loan for the rest of the season. The 18-year-old will already be available for the Hornets’ FA Cup tie with Scunthorpe this Saturday.

Finally, midfielder Nacer Barazite has extended his loan spell with Derby County for the rest of the season. The 18-year old is one of my favourite youngsters and can play in Derby’s Carling Cup semi-final.
