Arsenal defender Mikael Silvestre revealed his old club fears Arsenal as they prepare to face the Gunners tomorrow in the 2nd leg of the Champions League semi-final.

The Frenchman said:

United have been here many times before, but I still know they fear Arsenal. They played at home in the first leg and had a lot of confidence after the way they came back to beat Tottenham.

But I know there is fear in the United team. Their players haven’t said that to me directly but, after being part of their side for nine years, I know that when they prepare to meet Arsenal there is always more care taken.

We can play on that. We must be spot-on, not concede a goal and if we score we still have a big chance of making the final.
