Rumours last week saw Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon linked with a possible move to Arsenal but his agent, Paolo Fabbri, told setanta.com how such rumours are not true.

He said:

I saw something in the newspapers but I don’t think that he will move from Juventus. He was quite near to Manchester City a few months ago, in January, but then at the end of the day he decided to stay there.

There was only an enquiry, nothing more. Only some crazy offer completely outside of the market can make him and Juventus change their minds.
