Arsenal target Yaya Toure extends contract with Barcelona until 2012

Arsenal target Yaya Youre has extended his stay at Barcelona. The Ivory Coast International will stay at Barcelona until 2012.
The player told the club’s official website:
What’s important is to play at a great club and Barca is the club in which I want to play. This is the shirt in which I want to play. My will is to end my career here, but I have to continue showing that I can play at the level of this club.
Barca president Joan Laporta added:
It’s a great day for Barca because we have extended the contract of one of the best midfielders in the world.
