we do not need more negative criticism. i beg AW would sign someone who is better than Diaby, Song and Denilson. but if AW decides otherwise, what can we do?. i may be a fan for only few years, but my loyalty hasn’t budge. honestly, have you ever known a football club that have won every single cups in 10 consecutive years?. we’re building a team now, and Arsenal need our support. don’t give premature judgement before the season unfolds.

Arshavin just arrived at the club and he is already more committed than some who have been here for years!!!
As a matter of fact,it would be nice to see a “coup” and give him the arm band …
Fabregas is very talented,but he is not a man manager,he does not have that “man management fist”.
That is why we need a defensive mid of experience,who will shout,control and direct those kind hearted talented players…

Arshavin is right but we still need a player that fights for the ball at MF, a player who is able to intimidate other players at the MF, a player who makes the opponent’s MF packed and irrelevant, in short a no nonses player. I am sorry players like Song, diaby, Denilson and the like are just too soft for the mid field and may not be good for a serious game with Chalsea, Man United and Liverpool

I think its really good everyone sees arsenal as no title contenders. At least we can hide behind that cloud and pull a surprise. Well on a more serious note, Nasri’s injury is a big blow but this will give Rosicky the chance he needs to return to his top shape.Who knows,even Wilshere as young as he is can step up to this challenge. I really think he needs more playing time from Wenger to give the confidence that will catapult him to do great things.What i dislike is the constant reminder that ” we are still a young team” talk.It really shown in our semi-final champions league against manutd.For me the problem was never our young players(it was our “we are still a young team” talk).Our players could have done it but crumbled coz of dis same talk and guess what manutd used it against us(when evra and ferdinand kept on saying we were todddlers and couldn’t stop.It was their mind game and it worked for them).The truth is every team in the league knows that if we believe in ourselves, we will be unstoppable.Let’s carry a can do spirit and attitude and i bet u,this team will be invincible.Anyways, I think Song can step into that defensive midfield role.Watch out for him.

Arshavin is 100% rite abt this tag of “young” players..bcoz it is a rock solid truth that we have young players in Arsenal who are better than many experienced players in the world..so we dont have to tell the world abt how young we are and what we suppose to do and will do..now after 4 years on..we have to forget abt all the things happened to us, we have made many mistakes and and we are learning from them..we have to progress well and cool so we’ll have things that we are longing for, and now these young Gunners have much experience that will lead us to many trophies/titles..Best of Luck to us..we’ll win something this year..and by the way Nasri Get Well Soon, and for them who are leaving us Best of Luck to them for their future as well..

It sickens me when people respond to setbacks by turning on their own team. A fan has one role to play which is to back the team. It’s quite simple. Coaches coaches, managers manage, players play, supporters support.

By supporting the team you perform a useful function. By carping, moaning and finding fault you inevitably drag the team down.

So if you’re not happy with your role in life, if it’s not enough for you, then please find something else to do.

Whoever thinks Man City will pip Arsenal in the top four has truly lost it. Im in South Africa and watched both Man City games so far, granted its pre season games, and they were quite poor. I actually think Villa or Everton will pip Man City instead.
