Is it me or our team has fraility in defence and middle of the park. It appears as though Mr Wenger is happy but he surely must be seeing all those we see. He must surely know that Diaby is either a dunce or a donkey that will never become a horse. What do you think guys.

The enigma that is abou diaby

his jackal and hide tendencies have many doubting if he has what it takes to make it to the top,i for one believe he has what it takes,my reason being that diaby situation is very similar to that of argentina and maradonna,so many pretenders have come along and its not until in messi that the has been a worthy successor.diaby came to arsenal with the weighty expectations as the next patrick vieira, besides having similar physical attributes diaby is nothing like vieira.the unfortunate part is his fallen victim to popular opinion and has tried to emulate vieira, thus not been honest to his true nature ,diaby is more of as the italians would call a trequartista than a box to box midfielder,his more kaka than vieira.his brilliant running at defenders and has an eye for goal.his talents need to be given the room to express themselves, and as for the next vieira i guess like argentina we would have to wait plus minus 14 years

whats eating csec fabregas ? now that is the million dollar question,personally i believe it could be one of three things,firstly it could be fatigue,his hardly had a break from football,having represented spain in the confed cup during the summer,my second assumption is the fear of injury,last season cesc experienced his first major injury,the psychological effects of that injury can perhaps explain his shying away from the physical stuff.the third and finally assumption is every gooners worse nightmare, is he contemplating his arsenal future ? actions speak louder than words,his demeanor is very much like TH14 in his last season,his a man going through the motions,

I agree.

Not really on the injuries, that maybe depends on the medical team of each and every club but these stoppage time goals are becoming frustrating to us Gunners. Liverpool used to get them as well last season.

I’m so frustrated with the wins chelsea and man utd are getting away with…3 wins in 95 or 96 minute…
I mean come on…arsenal made some mistakes but also some important referee decisions in both unitd games were against us…
They are so lucky sometimes..could anyone tell me what key players had chelsea and man utd injured untill now?? arsenal from over A YEAR didn’t have a full squad at disposal….

I can’t hardly wait to see man utd without rooney or evra and chelsea without drogba and essien (african cup) what will they do…

any lost point in premiership now is vital at the way the other teams are performing…we must get maximum from this games…

and I can’t hardly wait to see an attacking trio with arshavin,walcott and rvp

No, it’s not unusual to ask questions after a 4-0 win. Again, I did ask questions last season after the 1-4 and 4-0 wins against Blackburn and Porto respectively. It’s natural as we always think ahead and wonder whether other teams, like Chelsea – mentioned above – would allow us to get away with mistakes.

In my opinion, Robin’s missed chances may be put aside for now as I believe his goals will come. He hit the peak at the end of the year last year, hopefully he’ll do the same again this season. Cesc’s no-celebration, also, can be put aside, let’s just wait for news on the matter.

As for the midfield no though, but we have to reach January with the players we have I’m afraid.

Firstly, I’m loving this blog after coming across it a couple of weeks ago. Keep up all your sterling work Chris!

My feeling after the Wigan game was similar to after our drubbing of Everton on the opening day of the season – “meh”. It’s nice to see us knocking goals in for fun but Wigan were truly woeful and didn’t even try to close us down or stop us passing. When we do come against a stern challenge we look so vulnerable. It all comes down our perennial lack of that lynchpin midfield general who breaks up attacks and distributes it to our attacking players. I know all us gooners are sounding like broken records on this but it really is a glaring lack in our team and I really hope Arsene has got someone in mind for January. Nasri, Denilson, Ramsay – none of them are it.

Hope I’m not sounding like a moany git after winning 4-0 but its a case of deja vu and I dont want to get caught up in the hype once again only for us to be undone by a serious of well organised teams who stop us passing.
