Almunia should have been able to keep that out, but I think it can be overlooked considering the one he punched into the crossbar, no one would have blamed him for had it gone in.

  • Heffy says:

Nah I disagree, I don’t Almunia for exactly what he’s done in this match. He saves the seemingly impossible, does out-of-this-world shot stopping, but then lets in the easy one or then makes an error.

Keeper stability is of utmost importance, meaning errors and poor judgement needs to go despite his cat-like reflexes.

  • i think we must support all football team

How nice it would be if we can face the top teams in the last 16, quarter final, semi-final and final. Though I would prefer to face teams like bordeaux, wolfsburg, marseille, porto, fiorentina, seville, rubin kazan, stuttgart, unirea urziceni, dynamo kiev or rangers, which I believe we would dispatch of easily.

But if we want to show people that we are the best, then bring on the inter milan, ac milan, manchester united, chelsea, barcelona, lyon!!!!

Seriously I believe we can go far in this competition as long as Song, Fabregas, RvP stays injuries free. 1-2 weeks absence is okay, but not longer than that.

Also, we need to train up Nasri and Diaby if they are to be the deputy of Song when Song leaves for the African Nations Cup.

Lets support our Team, We beat Spurs 3-0, we beat Az Alkmaar 4-1… Next up we have Wolves. I believe wolves will park the whole team in their own half and prevent us from playing with some rough play.

But then again, I believe we would be able to break them down, given that we now have Fabregas, Arshavin, Rosicky, Nasri, Diaby and RvP all not afraid of taking shots outside the penalty box.

I take it that arsenal will win wolves 3-0, if not at least 2-0.

Arsenal leads others follows , as to my opinion none other teams 2 be supported apart from arsenal, why? coz they know what football is . arsenal is everything 2 me, arsenal is in my blood. i sleep proudly of being arsenal fan and i wake up being proud of arsenal fan. long live mr Arsene wenger and other Arsenal officials. but my request towards our Boss mr Arsene wenger is to look deeply in to our brother our player Diaby, let him put more effort and shun arsenal where we all belong. mr Diaby pliz dont trash our morale, play well, communicate with ur fellow players, we as fans respect u very much but at the end of the game make us happy. most of the time we really blame u 4 ur poor perfomance when playing with our rivals. as mr Arsene wenger predicted from the begining this season is ours both champions league and premier league, thanx to all players and officials and fans and our Boss mr Arsene Wenger.. God bless u all. God willings we shall win this season, thanx , am from AFRICA, KENYA, Arsenal stonch supporter.
