Wolves vs Arsenal: Team line-ups, half-time thoughts and match chat
The Game
With Chelsea and Manchester United in action tomorrow and Manchester City dropping points for the fifth consecutive game, Arsenal will surely want to grab all three points this afternoon so as to move closer to the top, knowing that they still have a game in hand.

Half-Time Thoughts and Analysis
Apart from the first 10 to 15 minutes during which we could have easily conceded, this has been a brilliant first half of football from the Gunners, although one cannot forget that at the back, Wolves have been simply shocking.
The turning point of the game came into the 20th minute when Alex Song – rested, according to Wenger – had to come in to replace an injured Abou Diaby, who left the pitch because of an ankle injury.
After that, Arsenal were more menacing coming forward, took full advantage of huge gaps left by Wolves and secured a 0-3 lead which should be enough, just should, to secure all three points. Aaron Ramsey, a surprise starter in midfield, stole the show with his persistence and determination and was also the one who provided Eduardo with the second goal. And finally, Robin van Persie’s touch to set-up Cesc Fabregas for the third was as cool as you like.
At half time, it’s Wolves nil, Arsenal three.

But I believe everyone left
Funny how Song got slated earlier this year, and now he is an integral part of the team. 4-1 away is a good result even though we hardly got out of second gear. The tabloids will say we beat nothing, are still vunerable to set pieces blah blah but we are on the right road.
I am actually delighted with the performance.
Granted, we could have gone a goal down in the first minutes but as an overall performance, it was very good, not to mention all the injured players we have sidelined.
I hope they destroy Sunderland.. I hope they cope with each match individually and take the lessons with them.. along with the three points… I love this energy…
