Roman Pavlyuchenko’s agent, “Arsenal are interested in the player”

Roman Pavlyuchenko’s agent Oleg Artemov revealed the player is unsettled with Tottenham Hotspur and wants a move in the January transfer window.
Speaking to tuttomercatoweb, Artemov revealed how Arsenal are interested in the player, together with Spartak Moscow and Zenit.
He said:
We are not happy about his situation at Tottenham, so we’ll do everything to ensure that he can change club in January.
There were contacts with Roma but for now only by phone.
Interested in the player are also Spartak Moscow, Arsenal and Zenit(St Petersburg), anything can happen.

Right now we need a big strong skillful player and I think pavy has all these and with a quality team like arsenal he is bound to improve with time.This is the best team that would motivate him to show the kind of player he is coz at tottenham there is no motivation at all as this a midtable struggler come the end of the season and pavy requires ecl team every season and one that enough quality like ours and i believe wenger would bring the best out of him.

I belief to Palyuchenko to emirate stadium is a good decision he will join his country man to pier with Arshavin will be very massive attack without injury i dont know where Arsenal will continue to dominat infate in the euro not only EPL, i can wate to see this two players together in Emirate.

Ezat,have you actually seen Pavlyuchenko play??He is anything but soft.I personally would recommend him seeing that they make a lethal partnership with Arshavin.Of all the Spurs strikers,I would only choose Defoe ahead of him.He would be fantastic at arsenal.

Arshavin our best player is on record as saying Pav is “no friend of his”. But lets piss him off and buy a second rater because he going cheap and we need a big man.

Dzeko would be a great signing, but i still think wenger sees bendtner as our ‘big’ man…i don’t see whats wrong with having 2…he is a clinical finisher and with the service our midfield could provide he’d be lethal!
