[Video] Robin van Persie’s left-footed curled strike for the Netherlands against Hungary
Arsenal striker Robin van Persie kept on warming up for the World Cup Finals in style as he again was on target for the Netherlands in their friendly match against Hungary.
After scoring twice against Mexico and from the penalty spot against Ghana, the 26-year old produced a delicious curled left-footed strike on the 22nd minute to draw his National side level and hence confirming how he is suffering from no injuries.
The two teams ended the first 45 minutes tied one all with Bert van Marwijk’s side enjoying plenty of possession but vulnerable to Hungary’s counter attacks with Erwin Koeman’s threatening to again take the lead minutes after van Persie’s equaliser.
The Netherlands were drawn in Group E for the upcoming Finals together with Cameroon, Denmark and Japan and will leave for South Africa tomorrow morning.

great goal from our best one!
Netherlands are soo good to watch… hopefully they get the wins to go all the way which would be deserved if they play this kind of razzle dazzle football. RVP looks to be in wonderful touch aslo!!
my god RVP is amazing man…. oh how we missed him! Akthough he plays better for holland imo…. but still great when hes not injured for arsenal!
Just hope he doesn’t come back injured. He seems to be in great form. Go RVP !
