Arsenal striker Robin van Persie kept on warming up for the World Cup Finals in style as he again was on target for the Netherlands in their friendly match against Hungary.
After scoring twice against Mexico and from the penalty spot against Ghana, the 26-year old produced a delicious curled left-footed strike on the 22nd minute to draw his National side level and hence confirming how he is suffering from no injuries.
The two teams ended the first 45 minutes tied one all with Bert van Marwijk’s side enjoying plenty of possession but vulnerable to Hungary’s counter attacks with Erwin Koeman’s threatening to again take the lead minutes after van Persie’s equaliser.
The Netherlands were drawn in Group E for the upcoming Finals together with Cameroon, Denmark and Japan and will leave for South Africa tomorrow morning.
