A strong Senegalese defender and a young French striker are today’s players linked with a possible move to Arsenal.
We start from Italy, as Calcio News 24 reports how Le Parisien wrote that Bayern Munich are interested in Paris Saint Germain’s defender Mamadou Sakho who however – and always according to the article – would prefer a move to Arsenal as he wants a new challenge in the English Premiership.
In other news, Tribal Football believes Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal representatives were sent to watch England’s Under 19 game against France to monitor 18-year old Cedric Bakambu of Sochaux-Montbéliard. Wenger has enough african & french players now, he should turn else where to get One defender and agoal keeper to balance world-wide. No choice from the names above.

Well for a start, you’re all wrong. Sakho plays his international football for France and If I’m correct they rarely turn up to play at the ACN. Yes, he’s of senegalese descent, but he’s a defender of the utmost quality and plays his International football for a European side. He’d be the perfect signing for Arsenal and fantastic competition for the Verminator as a left-sided CB. His leadership qualities are immense, which is exactly what Arsenal need at the back, especially as the team are short of natural leaders all over the pitch and our keeper appears to be mute!
I am wondering how many people that voted no to bakambu actually know who he is?
I would definately go for both, quality centre back and a young talented striker
