Jack Wilshere: We miss Cesc but other players can play in that position

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere believes captain Cesc Fabregas is a very important member of the squad but when missing, other players can take over from the Spaniard.
Speaking to Arsenal TV Online after the weekend win away against Aston Villa, the 18-year old joked about the fact that it was his first goal with the head and how he had to take a quick decision on whether to kick the ball with the right foot or head it home, which he did, helping the Gunners get all three points on the road.
Asked about why the away form is so much better than results at home, Wilshere revealed how the team spirit has improved as compared to last year and how this is reflected on the pitch.
On missing the Spaniard, the Englishman believes Arsenal are more than just a one man team and when Fabregas is missing the likes of Tomas Rosicky, Samir Nasri and Andrey Arshavin can all take over in central midfield as they are capable of playing in that particular position of the pitch.
After Aston Villa, Wilshere said:
That was my first [goal] with the head. It was coming to my right foot or head, in the end I chosen to go with my head, in the end it was important to get all three points and we got them.
This year we’ve got better team spirit, when we come away we all enjoy each other’s company and that shows on the pitch.
Yes, [we are more than a one man team]. We miss Cesc but we’ve got players like Tomas [Rosicky] who can play in that position, Samir [Nasri], Andrey [Arshavin] all offensive players and they can play in that position.
We obviously miss Cesc, we need him back but we’ve got players who can play [there] as well.
