Marouane Chamakh: Rumours are false, I would only leave Arsenal for Bordeaux

Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh is not leaving the Gunners and if he ever does it will only be to return to his old club, Bordeaux.
The Morocco International is quoted as saying by RMC that all the rumours about leaving the North Londoners to join Marseille in France are completely false adding that if he was thinking about leaving the Gunners it would indeed be only to return to Bordeaux.
The 27-year had a very strange debut season in the English Premier League, immediately securing a regular place in Arsene Wenger’s starting eleven and leading the offensive department with more than 10 goals, but, he was a shadow of himself in the second part of the campaign.
Two weeks ago, the striker scored what seemed to be a regular goal against Aston Villa in the 1-2 defeat but referee Michael Oliver opted to disallow the goal for a push on Villa’s Kyle Walker, meaning that his goal against Leyton Orient in the F.A. Cup is the only one scored in 2011.
On his future, Chamakh said:
These rumours [about Marseille] are completely false. If I was thinking about leaving Arsenal again for a French club, it would only be to return to Bordeaux.
