Wenger, “Bendtner and Eboue are both on the verge of a move”

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has yet again confirmed that striker Nicklas Bendtner and right back Emmanuel Eboue will probably leave during the summer transfer window.
Speaking on Saturday after the 2-2 draw against Boca Juniors, the Frenchman explained that the two players are on the verge of a move but also how at the moment no agreement has been reached with other clubs.
Yet to be involved in pre-season friendlies, the Denmark International was heavily linked with a move to Sporting Clube de Portugal last week but the rumours were immediately rubbished by sporting director Carlos Freitas who labeled the speculation as “pure fiction”.
The Ivory Coast International – on the other hand – featured in both games played last weekend in the Emirates Cup and is, according to reports, very close to joining Galatasaray, in Turkey, for £4m.
On the future of the two, Wenger said:
[Nicklas Bendtner and Emmanuel Eboue] are both on the verge of a move but nothing has been concluded with anybody.
I don’t have any club in mind for Nicklas Bendtner because we are far from having done anything with anybody. I cannot give you any club because we have given him the permission to move.
