Arsenal striker Ju Young Park revealed that he is finally in “normal condition” after having a slow start in respect to training, this summer.

Speaking to Arsenal’s official website, the South Korean revealed that he couldn’t train for two months before joining the Gunners and how the lack of summer training meant that he needed time to properly settle down in London adding that he is now in very good shape and ready to help Arsenal achieve their objectives.

Asked about life in England, the 26-year old revealed that he’s a quiet character, one who doesn’t like a loud and noisy atmosphere and how he was lucky to find a quiet area in London allowing him to quickly settle down in the city.

And on the players who impressed him the most, Park concluded by confessing that all Arsenal players are world class and how he was surprised and shocked at the same time to train with them on a daily basis with the striker determined to repay the faith of manager Arsene Wenger.

On his first few months at Arsenal, Park said:

I couldn’t train much for about two months before I moved here. I just had to do some personal training instead.

Since I joined the team it has been two months and I feel like I am in my normal condition now. The coaches adjust the training depending on the games we play and it’s good.

I am settling off the pitch as well. All the Arsenal staff and everyone else have helped me. Also my wife is here so I don’t have many problems settling down.

Personally I don’t like a loud and noisy atmosphere, I prefer a very quiet life. And I live in a very quiet area in London so I really like it.

It’s pretty good, I don’t have any problems living here and I am not a fussy eater so I don’t have problems with the food either!

[The players who impressed me the most in training?] To be honest, all the players are world class so it’s surprising and shocking, for me, to play with them, it makes me very happy.

[Arsene Wenger?] He’s been working here as a manager for a very long time and he has the respect of everybody.

He’s a really good leader and I’m happy to have this chance to work with him, it’s a great thing for me to train under this manager, he is a good leader.
